Fallin’ For HOSA 5k Run/Walk

Saturday November 12, Holt High School hosted it’s 1st Annual Fallin’ for HOSA 5k Run. HOSA groups from Liberty, Holt, and Timberland came together on a crisp Saturday morning to put on the run/walk.

The overall male and female winner each earned a trophy, with the next top 5 finishers receiving pumpkins. It was no surprise that Holt’s Emily Griesenauer (‘18) secured the top female overall, while Timberland’s Andrew Berndt (‘17) won the race.

HOSA, a biomedical organization, threw the run to raise money to send members to national and international competitions.

Overall, the fun run was a huge success, and HOSA hopes to draw even more crowds next year.
