On January 28, Holt’s StuCo will be putting on their second-ever dodgeball tournament as a fundraiser for the American Heart Association.

The tournament will be held from 10 am until 1 pm in the school gyms.

Teams must consist of six people, at least two of them boys and two of them girls. The tournament is double-elimination, so all teams are guaranteed at least 2 rounds worth of game play.

Teams will be charged $10 a person, and payment must be collected during sign up. Each team member is given an American Heart Association t-shirt, but teams are not required to wear it during the tournament.

Sign ups begin January 16 and end January 25.

There will be a competition between clubs, faculty teams, a prize for the winning team and a prize for the team with the best uniform. Concessions will be sold. Once again, all proceeds are donated to the American Heart Association.
