The 12th annual Martin Luther King Unity Event will be held at Holt High School on Jan. 13th, 2017 from 5:00-6:30 pm.  As part of this event every year an essay contest is held in which at least one $500 dollar scholarship will be awarded for the winning essay (More scholarship prizes may be awarded depending on fundraising results).

The essay writing contest is open to current juniors and seniors at Holt, Timberland, and Liberty, and the scholarship money will be held until the student begins their post-high school education.

All essays are due by January 7th, 2017.  Students will complete their essay within the google form and it will be automatically submitted. The link to submit your essay would be located in an email from Mr. Jacob Adams.
