Back to School Bash Dance
The Back to School Bash was on Friday, September 1. STUCO was selling shirts for $12 at lunch for the game and dance. Shirts were used to get into both the game and dance. All money went to Pep Club.
The Back to School Bash was a lively night. Some say it was a success, while others disagreed. But, overall, students agree we should have more events like this.
¨Definitely. To make more money, yeah. To get friends together. That’s a whole ´nother thing¨ Dylan Bias (´20)
While some students disagreed with the selection, the DJ still managed to get the crowd on their feet. The Cupid Shuffle and Just Dance did not fail to get students dancing.
¨It’s fun being able to hang out with friends and being listen to music,¨ said Celestina Finley (´20)
When asked about the music selection and food this is what one student said:
¨Maybe next year, allow people to put in request for songs, and get some pizza,¨ said Layla Wilmesherr (´19)
Hope to see you again next year!

I think this is a really great piece. I like how it talks about the details of the dance and the prices of the shirt cost. I like how it has quotes and how the students are quoted. The way it ends is a very good idea.
