#IStandWithKeaton
On Sunday December 10, a middle school boy named Keaton Jones’ video went viral.
In this video Keaton describes how he was bullied in school that day. Other students poured milk on him and stuffed food down his shirt. All because he looks different.
After this video hit Twitter, celebrities everywhere showed their support for Keaton.
Jarrett Guarantano spent the day with Keaton.
He tweeted “So I got the chance to spend the day with my new best bud Keaton. It was unbelievable to get to know him and realize that we have a lot in common. This dude is very special and has changed my life forever. Now I have the little brother I always wanted! God bless you my man”
Dana White invited him to hang out at the UFC Las Vegas headquarters.
Chris Evans invited him to the new Avengers movie premiere.
Haley Seinfeld asked him to be his date to the Pitch Perfect 3 premiere.
Millions of people on Twitter have tweeted at Keaton saying he is loved and that he is strong.
The amount of support is overwhelming. Keaton’s video is single-handedly doing more to fight against bullying than many of the anti-bullying campaign. Many of these campaigns have asked Keaton to be an ambassador for them.
This video is making people talk about the issue. It is spreading awareness.
What those kids did to Keaton is not acceptable. No kid should ever be that sad or ever be scared to go to school because of bullies.

When the video of this kid was seen by myself I felt extremely sympathetic to the boy. No one should have to endure what this kid went through; however, recent reports have surfaced showing this same kid saying a number of racial remarks to a group of African Americans. We as a society cannot reward someone so quickly until all information is present. Following this, two wrongs do not make a right and the kids who bullied Keaton should not have done the things they did to him. Bullying, in general, is a volatile subject and is completely unnecessary.
