Calling all Harry Potter fans!

On Friday, November 18, the newest edition to the Harry Potter world will premiere. Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them takes place 70 years before the golden trio saved Hogwarts. Even though the boy who lived is not yet alive when this story takes place, expectations are high.

Fans are ready for the first part of this new trilogy. Newt Scamander will explore the wizarding world in America and there will not be a shortage of fantastic beasts in this new movie. “The books are my favorite series and I read a lot so that says a lot. I also love the movies so I hope the new movie lives up to my expectations,” said Brittany Conley (’18).

Can Potterheads handle the new lingo and characters in their favorite world? What is it like as a wizard in America? What in the world is a No-Maj? What is inside that suitcase? Fans are excited to drive back into the wizarding world.
