California, Idaho, Oregon, Washington and Montana all have over 10 fires that are over 1,000 acres in size. Oregon state police however are saying that a teenage male has started the Eagle Creek fire that is burning 20,000 acres.

Police believe that the teenager and his friends were using fireworks which had ignited the flames.

No arrests or charges have been made so far and the police are wanting witnesses who have seen or heard the fireworks in the area, to come forward.
