Now, if you are like most people right now you are probably going a little insane with being in self-quarantine. You are probably trying to find any good shows, movies or games to try to keep you sane and happy. But of course , every once in a while, you may get a little curious about the news and the state of everything. About any platform, you go on is just filled with bad news and brings you down.

There seemed to be no good news out there, until now. On March 29, 2020, the new news outlet called Some Good News came out on Youtube.  Not only is the news outlet all just good news, but it also hosted by John Krasinki, also known as Jim Halpert from the famous show, The Office.  To top it all off, the show is all low budget, so nothing fancy, which makes it all the better. The show has came out with its first show and has come with great success, with being the number one show trending on youtube and has around ten million views as of now.

This all started with John Krasinski wanting to have some good news for once, so he took it into his own hands and sent a tweet out for anyone to give him some good news. Then the Some Good News Show was born. In the first episode, there was much to talk about.  It started off about the many doctors helping out during this time and how many places are showing their thanks to the doctors in many ways. For example, in Spain, the police officer went around a hospital with their sirens on to show their thanks. Not only are people showing thanks to the doctor, but also to each other with the many other stories shown about everyone being a community.

However, maybe the biggest news was the celebration of  The Office being around for fifteen years. In the episode, John Krasinski and Steve Carell get to talk about their favorite moments acting in The Office. If that’s not exciting enough, they also talk about a reunion with the show. There is also much more good news in the video that you can watch, so take fifteen minutes to go watch it. It is not known when more videos will be coming out of this channel, but with many views and likes on the video, hopefully, there will be some more good news on the way.
